Day 7 of the Vitter-Bardwell Watch

As you know, Vitter seem’s to be the only LA politician not to comment on the Justice of the Peace who refuses to marry mixed-race couples ( “for the children”). I mean even Bubba Jindal condemned the overt racism of it.

Well, all that kinda changed today…

Vitter’s spokesperson speaks!

“First, Sen. Vitter thinks that all judges should follow the law as written and not make it up as they go along. Second, it would be amazing for anyone to do a story based on this fringe, left-wing political hack’s blog — he’s been handcuffed and detained in the past over his guerrilla tactics.”

Now that, of course, made me want to find out about the guerilla blogger, and here we go:

    Vitter’s also made some other moral condemnations and pronouncements about marriage since the diaper news broke, IIRC.
