Responding to solicitations from Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), businesses have asked Congress to roll back or preempt more than 150 rules governing their industries, according to documents obtained by The Washington Post.

It should probably come as no surprise that the very shady Issa solicited businesses for their top grievences, and it probably is a mere coincidence that the fundraising letters will go out shortly. Anyway, the companies claim regulations are what is keeping them from hiring. Yeah, that’s the ticket.

If you have not read the New Yorker’s profile on Issa, you really must. He’s literally a crook, and was once arrested here in sleepy San Jose for an insurance scam.
