The Sunday Talkies
Per the Politico spam thingie, this is the list of talking heads for Sunday:
- NBC’s “Dancing with the Gregory”: Staff-banging serial adulterer Newt Gingrich; spineless letter-writing bore Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid; roundtable with confirmed bachelor and never-been-kissed Senatorette Miss Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Teabagger and Ten Commandments enthusiast Rep. Tim Scott (R-S.C.).
- ABC’s “This Week with a Greek Dwarf”: Comedy Central’s answer to everything, Stephen Colbert; dimwit Texas secessionist theocrat Gov. Rick Perry; roundtable with ABC News’ winner of the Dick Cheney Team Player Award Jonathan Karl, Wall Street Journal columnist and local barfly Peggy Noonan, ABC News’ Cokie “But the Democrats…” Roberts and ABC News’ bow-tie wielding dapper dresser and global warming denier George Will.
- CBS’s “Face the Nation” (motto: “Talking Heads for the Nearly Dead”): Staff-banging serial adulterer Newt Gingrich; that frothy mix of lube and fecal matter theocrat and notable fraud Rick Santorum; Teabagger scold opposed to everything that has happened since 1859 Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.); author and the New York Times’ wonder-kind user of Facebook as a research tool Jodi Kantor (“The Obamas”).
- “Fox News Sunday”: that frothy mix of lube and fecal matter theocrat and notable fraud Rick Santorum; Winning Our Future (pro-Staff-banging serial adulterer Newt Gingrich Super PAC) senior adviser Rick Tyler and on-the-take Club for Growth president Chris “Count” Chocola; roundtable with Fox News’ pontificating poltroon Brit Hume, The Daily Beast’s and Hannity’s favorite toe-sucker Kirsten Powers, the Weekly Standard’s war-mongering git and perpetually wrong on everything Bill Kristol and Fox News’ lone, somewhat liberal voice to provide that fig leaf of balance Juan “Mooslims Scare Me” Williams.
- CNN’s “State of the Union” (Sun., 9 a.m. ET / noon ET): dimwit Texas secessionist theocrat Gov. Rick Perry; Obama campaign senior strategist and hair-club for men insurgent David Axelrod; anger troll sell-out Grandpa Walnuts (R-Ariz.); roundtable with notable bigots: South Carolina Baptist Convention president Rev. Brad Akins and segregationist enthusiast Bob Jones University chancellor and nepotism beneficiary Bob Jones III.
- CNN’s “Fareed Zakaria GPS Live”: (Sun., 10 a.m. ET / 1 p.m. ET): Economic roundtable with New York Times columnist and Princeton University and 2008 winner of the Nobel Prize professor Paul Krugman; Harvard University professor and chess-playing letter-writing economics critic Kenneth Rogoff; former Iraqi interim Prime Minister and Iraqi weapons of mass destruction expert Ayad Allawi; foreign policy roundtable with the Council on Foreign Relations’ Jeanne J Kirkpatrick Chair NeoCon dimwit Max Boot and author and former Deputy U.N. Envoy to Afghanistan and Hamid Karzai’s personal nemesis Peter Galbraith (“How War in Iraq Strengthened America’s Enemies”)
I would propose drinking games for each of these shows, but damn, no one has a liver strong enough to take it.

I just decided to sleep late…Colbert and Will? Really…
ABC’s “This Week with a Greek Dwarf”: Comedy Central’s answer to everything, STEPHEN COLBERT; dimwit Texas secessionist theocrat GOV. RICK PERRY; roundtable with ABC News’ winner of the Dick Cheney Team Player Award JONATHAN KARL, Wall Street Journal columnist and local barfly PEGGY NOONAN, ABC News’ COKIE “BUT THE DEMOCRATS…” ROBERTS and ABC News’ bow-tie wielding dapper dresser and global warming denier GEORGE WILL.
They’ll have him surrounded…but do they have nay bears?

My hat is off to Tengrain for getting through that Mephisto Waltz for morons.
An ordinary human would have gone rogue, kicked the cat and slouched off to sulk under the porch.
Here’s a drinking game, any time one of these shows discusses a progressive, liberal policy in earnest and not in derision, take a drink. You’ll stay stone cold sober.
