Hey! I had the same reaction to the Audi ad. I said to the room at large “At least Echo and The Bunnymen managed to sell a song.”
Nobody else knew who Echo and the Bunnymen were. Sigh.
cue thunder with his ‘superb owl’ coinage in 3….2….1….
The Chevy truck commercial made me hungry for Twinkies and froglegs.
I’m to old to be cool, but at least the Audi commercial lived up to the “odd” part of its name.
