MPS goes from invisible to merely obscure!
Scissorheads -
The post, An Affair to Remember, is included in the Jon Swift Memorial Roundup 2012! Of course, I shouldn’t be surprised since I nominated it, but still!
As some of you know, Swift (in reality Al Weisel) was a great fan of MPS as we were of Jon Swift. We traded links and laughs in emails, and though he was not a friend in real life, I do miss him. I think he would have had so much fun during the 2012 Goat Rodeo, and all the silliness that continues what with the GOP turning into a farce and all.
Many thanks, as always to our good friend and ally Batocchio at the venerable Vagabond Scholar for tackling a (fun) hard project and in keeping Jon Swift’s legacy alive.

Yay.
I should have put a couple of my posts up, some of the ones in between mindless existential screaming and music noodlery (SHUT UP! THERE ARE TOO OTHER POSTS AT THE EMPIRE!!) but being a lzy zombie, I was distracted…
but yeah, good on ya. although those of us who are discerning enough to acknowledge the magnificence of the Mekons, already knew….
Congrats TG. I hope this place won’t be filled up with hipsters, now.
Obscure? You’ve got minions.

Nah, it’s too popular now.
Next step: MPS-TV.
