Exhibit A, again

Sweet Jeebus! He tries to back down, but then…

Anyway, the state of Tennessee has suspended his handgun carry permit, which I guess means we can look forward to a third video with him telling his accidental and formidable army that game’s on:

NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security announced today the suspension of James Yeager’s handgun carry permit after he was featured in a threatening YouTube video post that went viral earlier this week.

The decision to suspend Yeager’s handgun carry permit was based on a “material likelihood of risk of harm to the public” (TCA 39-17-1352).

Yeager, 42, of Camden, Tenn., allegedly claimed he would “start killing people” if the Obama administration took executive action to pass gun control measures.

“The number one priority for our department is to ensure the public’s safety. Mr. Yeager’s comments were irresponsible, dangerous, and deserved our immediate attention. Due to our concern, as well as that of law enforcement, his handgun permit was suspended immediately. We have notified Mr. Yeager about the suspension today via e-mail, and he will receive an official notification of his suspension through the mail,” Commissioner Bill Gibbons said.

Mr. Yeager is also the CEO of Tactical Response, a firearms and tactical training school in Camden. He is not a Department of Safety and Homeland Security certified instructor, nor is his school department certified.

Mr. Yeager has the right to seek review of the department’s decision in the general sessions court of his county of residence or through the Department of Safety and Homeland Security.

UPDATE: That was fast: here’s part 3, with his lawyer!

It’s hard to back down when in the grip of a bloodlust the likes of which few have seen.

  2. Reamus:

How many more times will he appear to prove his worthiness as a legitimate Asshat?…oh. never mind, just n=move along here.

  3. Big Bad Bald Bastard:

He was a mercenary in Iraq who probably got other soldiers of fortune killed due to his incompetence and/or cowardice. Too bad his attorney wasn’t riding in that convoy with him to bail him out of a bad situation.

Here’s a more thorough bit about Yaeger’s non-heroism in Iraq. It’s ironic, he decides to get all biblical and thereby steps on his dick- after writing about jumping out of his vehicle into a ditch, leaving his comrades in the vehicle, he appends this bit:

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his
    friends” -John 15:13

Hello, dumbass, you’re the one who’s alive!

Timothy McVeigh has been mainstreamed and lawyered up.

  6. Randall:

Who the fuck does this guy think he IS – that HE gets to decide when it’s “necessary” to MURDER?

  7. Ralph Munn:

This, People, is the REAL face of the threat to our Democracy – violent assholes, armed to the teeth, deciding when it’s time to kill people who don’t agree with them.

And he’s not alone – the hills are alive with people who have been trained WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS to kill, have the resources to do it, and the mental instability to follow homicidal DICKS like this.

I for one am not buying for a nanosecond his big-boy-pants demeanor as he feigns a back-pedal with his lawyer/therapist prompter. He’s armed and dangerous, whether or not his permit to carry has been revoked.

    Here’s my email to Yeager:

You didn’t ask to have your email clogged up? We didn’t ask you to tell us all what to do.

You shouldn’t be in charge of anybody.
You aren’t capable of thinking, and you don’t understand the second amendment.
You’ve just been sucked in by decades of lobbying and advertising by firearms manufacturers.

Having one thing ringing in your mind to the exclusion of all else seems like having a clear head, but it is the opposite of thought.
Even looking at ‘both sides of the argument’ (if you could – and you can’t) isn’t called thinking, it’s called comparing.
There’s always way more than two sides to anything. Trying to think like this is called ‘reflecting’.
Thinking is hard, and it’s messy and confusing, but it’s worth doing.
Those people probably seem to you to be ‘fuzzy-headed’, but that’s because they are smarter than you, and you can’t imagine what that would be like.

Notwithstanding all that, the weak-minded will always follow a loud, confident person.
Because they’re not confident. No other reason.
Nothing for a ‘leader’ to be proud of.

Your last video with your lawyer you said you ‘hadn’t had time to reflect’.
You just listened to your lawyer. HE can think.
You’re telling them all that it will be time to kill people soon, but not yet?
This after you said you don’t advocate shooting people, or overthrowing governments. Yet.
You seem to be completely incapable of reflection, and not even interested in it.

The stupidest, most wasteful parts of human history are full of people like you.

It’s not time for confidence, or for loading magazines (for what?).
    It’s time for thinking.

Just be quiet, if you can’t help.

He should try that shit in Camden, NJ.
