The long hand of the law and the naked guy

So let me get this straight. Some naked dude, in his own home, comes downstairs at 5:00 in the morning to make coffee, and some tresspasser and her 7-year old kid are offended by the angle of the dude’s dangle when they peep on him? And naked dude is the one to get arrested?

That’s bogus!??!? I hope he gets the charges dropped. It’s not his fault some skeevy chick and her brat broke/wandered in. Screw that – he has every right to run around his abode in the altogether if he so chooses. Outside…s’another matter if in public.
Naked time in one’s home is part of the ‘pursuit of happiness’ and ‘freedom of expression’ fercryinoutloud.

Seems to me the crux of the matter is whether or not he reasonably believed someone outside could see him–I do think you can flash from your house, if you know people can’t help but see you. This doesn’t seem to be the case. And the terrorists have won, thanks to W and Dick, when authoritarianism runs so rampant.
